2. Information we may process
We aim to collect only information needed to operate the site and respond to legitimate requests. Depending on the features active at the time, this may include:
- information you choose to provide in an enquiry, such as your name, email address, organisation and message;

- security and diagnostic records created by the website host or WordPress installation; and
- order or delivery information handled by an external bookseller or fulfilment provider when you choose to use that service.
The public site does not currently offer visitor accounts or public comments.
3. Complimentary workbook download
The printable Journey: A Calling Companion Workbook is offered without an email gate or registration requirement. We do not ask for your name or email address merely to open the workbook download.
As with any website request, the hosting service may still record ordinary technical information such as an IP address, request time and file requested for security and operational purposes.

Information may be processed to operate and secure the website, provide requested resources, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, diagnose technical problems, maintain business records and comply with applicable law.
We will not use personal information for unrelated purposes without a lawful basis or appropriate notice.
7. Retention and security
Personal information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, security or legal obligations.
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and the site will be reviewed as its features and providers change.
8. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction or deletion. You may also object to certain processing or request that processing be restricted where the law provides for this.
South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) sets conditions for lawful processing and gives data subjects rights and remedies. You may also contact or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Privacy requests, corrections and objections may be sent to admin@inalajourney.com.
